Number of riders per course

Unlike other skills providers, we adhere to a maximum of 6 riders per coach. From experience we believe limiting these numbers to 6 will be more beneficial to each rider, maximising their time with the coach.

Cancellation by you

On receiving written notice of your cancellation you will be charged a percentage of the course cost as a cancellation fee:

  • - < 4 weeks prior to start date: 10%
  • - < 2 weeks prior to start date: 25%
  • - < 1 week prior to start date: 50%
  • - < 24 hours or Failure to attend: 100%

We reserve the right to refuse any request to transfer to another course.

Cancellation by us

We will only cancel your course if forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances; such as coach illness/accident or freak weather. Attendance to the course can also be revoked if the bike is deemed unsafe/unsuitable or the rider does not have suitable equipment, such as a helmet.

Rebooking

You can rebook a maximum of twice, before rebooking fees become applicable. Rebooking fees are charged at 25% of the course price. All course attendees can transfer their course to another person, providing the new person has been in contact, no later than 3 days prior to the course. The rebooked course must be arranged no later than 6 months after the original booking or the course will be forfeited without reimbursement. Cancellation after rescheduling the original course date will be charged at 75% of the course price.

Flexible Start Times

Our courses entitle you to change the start time to suit your needs. Please be aware of fading light and that the course must complete in its entirety during day light.

Gift Vouchers

All Mountain Coaching Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and expire 1 year after the date of purchase. A voucher can be used as full or part-payment towards any courses we offer. If the voucher is of a higher value than the course, no refund will be given, but the difference will be offered towards an additional course. Such vouchers cannot be re-sold without the prior written permission of All Mountain Coaching.

Course Leaders

You must abide by the authority of your course leaders. If they believe that your behaviour presents any risk to the safety of the group you may be asked to leave the group. You will not be entitled to any refund.

Client Consent

As the client you hereby consent to taking part in the cycling course/event. You have read all the website information and understand the fitness, duration and skills grading which relates to the booking. It is your responsibility to highlight any relevant medical conditions when booking the course and carry the necessary medical supplies during the course duration. Mountain Biking is a dangerous sport and as such carries risk which could result in personal injury or death. You are responsible for your own actions while cycling. We will endeavour to teach in safe areas and on suitable terrain however, the rider accepts that risk of serious injury is a part of mountain biking and has the option to withdraw from any activity at any point should they feel uncertain about proceeding or you feel the course is above your skill/fitness.
